I am Li Wenming, formerly a leading area co-worker of the Three Grades of Servants Church. In 1991, I was called and turned to the Lord. After that, inspired by the Lord’s love, I pursued very hard. In less than one year, I became a preacher and shepherded some nearby churches, whose members totaled over two hundred. At that time, my faith and love were especially great, and I had the working of the Holy Spirit when I preached. Whether it was in spring, summer, autumn, or winter, and whether it was windy or rainy, I did not stop going to the churches to support the brothers and sisters. I considered doing so as suffering for the Lord, so I believed that I would surely receive a reward from the Lord and be taken to heaven by the Lord when he came in the future. However, I had never thought that when the Lord really came to “take me,” I, ignorant and blind, failed to know God and completely shut him out. And I even exerted myself to the utmost to resist and condemn the only true almighty God. My deeds brought me lasting remorse and nothing could make up for them.

God Has Brought His Glory to the East

God gave His glory to Israel then moved it away from there,

bringing the Israelites and bringing all men to the East.

God has led them all to the light

so that they may be reunited and associate with light,

no longer have to search, search for the light.

God will let all who are in search see the light again

and the glory He had in Israel,

see God has come down upon a white cloud among men,

see the clouds of white, see the clusters of fruit,

8. Ma XX, female, aged 67, from Anhui Province, formerly a believer from the Justification by Faith Church. From December 2002 on, a sister came to preach God’s end-time work to me many times, but I never dared to accept it. Later, I sought God in prayer, saying, “If it is the true way, let the sister come again.” On February 25, 2003, there was really someone who came and preached God’s end-time work to me, so I accepted it. The next evening, at about 8:30, I had just turned the light off when I suddenly found that a piece of white paper appeared on the wall. On the white paper, I clearly saw two lines of black words. The upper line said, “I am the Beginning and the End forever and ever.” The lower line said, “I am Christ; I am Almighty God. It was me whom you believed in at the beginning; it is still me whom you believe in now.” Thank Almighty God for giving me the revelation so that I became more certain about God’s end-time work.

In the winter of 1993, my mother died. This misfortune deprived me of the opportunity to continue my education. Lost and sad, I went to join a Christian meeting near my campus and became a believer in Jesus. There, I tasted the care and love I had never tasted before and found the direction of my life. So, I began to read the Bible and attend meetings in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Due to my zealous pursuit, I was soon selected as a leader and later became a full-time paid worker. From then on, I began to run around preaching the gospel and shepherding and sustaining the churches along with several senior workers. And we joined in union with all the other Seventh-day Adventist churches in China. And I became a co-worker in the Union of the Seventh-day Adventists who was in charge of the work in the three northeast provinces. Having gained fame, position, and money, I was filled with a sense of achievement, and I resolved to consecrate myself to the Lord and was ready to spread my wings on the spiritual path.

They long for Jesus the Savior to be the same as before—a Savior who is lovable, amiable and venerable, who is never wrathful toward man, and who never reproaches man. This Savior forgives and bears all of man’s sins, and even dies upon the cross for man once more. Since Jesus departed, the disciples who followed Him, and all of the saints who were saved thanks to His name, have been desperately pining for Him and awaiting Him.
